New in Dresses!

You’ve been called a fashionista, a trendsetter, and you are all about the wow factor. You are looking for your dream gown, but you’re not exactly the princess type. You want something modern and sophisticated, but still timeless. For Winter 2008/2009, I've noticed some elegant new trends for the this season's not-so-blushing bride.

CRUMB CATCHERS
Crumb Catcher necklines are all the rage. This style is white hot off the bridal catwalks this year. The shape gives the illusion of extra cleavage. If you are lacking in that department, this neckline gives a beautifully sculpted, oragami-like oomph to a small chest. (Busty girls should avoid the look.)

ASYMMETRICAL NECKLINES
They're back! This fashion forward neckline can be worn so many ways. Lace, beading, tulle, silk, embellished, pleated ... it works any way, small or large bust. But beware, this neckline spotlights your upper body, get with your trainer and get those arms and shoulders sculpted!

SHEER STRAPS
This is my favorite new trend. Tulle, lace and chiffon straps are gracing the tops of just about every silhouette this season, and best of all, this is a look that works on every body type. For ladies who like the the timelessness of the strapless gown but need more support, sheer straps are the perfect solution.
